No Option To record

I checked Channels and the guide and I don't see the option to record anymore after my schedules direct (and a subsequent CPU upgrade) occurred. Has something changed or is it possible I'm going to the wrong place? In guides I have a support Emby screen pop up. Do I need to feed the beast?
