Any way to view statistical info while movie is playing?

Hey all,

 

Am interested in seeing stuff like fps, cpu usage, audio track, etc while a movie/tv show is playing.  I know that * brings up the osd, but that does not seem to contain any statistical info - unless I am somehow doing something wrong.

I am not sure if this is possible with MB. However I do it with a different player and using a Dune iPad application that allows me to scroll through the collection. While the movie /TV show plays I can look at all my statistical data or select a different movie / TV Show and start that if I don't like what is on the screen.

 

I believe a Tablet / portable device program like this for MB3 will do the same functionality. Not sure if I want to have an overlay on my content playback device.
