Ubuntu Beta and Dev + Docker Beta and Dev

To All:

 

The beta and dev packages for Ubuntu and Debian are back up and in working order. Please let me know of any issues so that I can address them. Stable will have settings and issues fixed from beta and dev propagated down in due course. There have been a lot of changes to the packages to adhere to the file structure we are trying to maintain across all distributions. 15.10 repo is still not up and running. 

 

Docker Dev and Beta are in working order as well.
