Using an small Acer with win10 for server

I have a small form factor Acer, powerful enough but not massive. Moving house so it's packed. It's one of the types with no disc drive.

My current house meant I had to install server on my main desktop pc and keep it on, bit expensive.

General advice, if I use the small form factor pc with win 10, no screen and a home plug to network it to the house, with teamviewer to log in via a tablet for control, should this generally be enough for server to run. I thinks it's core I3, 4gb ram. It's 250gb hdd with hdmi out, but should only really run server and one other program I use.

Any thoughts on whether this will be sufficient? Want a rough idea before I start setting things up, as loads to do with the move.

It'll run the server just fine.  How many clients and do they need transcoding though defines whether it's enough.
