hifiaudio2 48 Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 I have a Windows 2012 Essentials server that runs Emby and my Crashplan backups, and also functions as the backend DVR server for the Silicondust DVR app that is currently in Alpha. I have been running the server in the mode to optimize for background services. Does this make much of a difference to Emby? My main daily use for Emby is through my Shield TV running the Kodi plugin.
Cerothen 97 Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 You could always run Emby as a service which would put it in the background and therefore put it in the optimized grouping.
