Studio Images changed?

I'm not happy with the latest changes of image handling. I had the studios in the folder \Studio\Studioname with folder.png and thumb.jpg in it. Folder.png was displayed on the movie details view (Chocolate theme) in the upper right corner and thumb.jpg on the studio page of the web client.

With the newest server version (3.0.5781.0) they're gone. I see a landscape.jpg in this folder only (for the studio page of the website) the other two pictures are deleted. I can upload the old folder.png as primary image for the studio and it's displayed after this - saved as poster.png.

Now I've copied the folder.png from a backup to the folder directly and did a library rescan to display the logo. Does emby not load the studio logos (folder.png) from the internet? I can't believe that I did this manually before.

Sorry, but this isn't funny. I can't see something in the release notes that the image handling was changed. Same for the rating images for non-US rating (see my other post).

Should this be this way or is it a bug?

There must have been a change. If not in the actual release then one or two before and I didn't realize it until now. As I wrote it: Before it downloaded a folder.png and thumb.jpg an now its just a landscape.jpg.

I've noticed this... something is different than before, in my theme my studio icons are all missing... looks as if its using the data in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\metadata instead of my images by name folder

Yep, if i copy my old images by name to this location and do a studio by studio refresh then they reappear in media center on my theme.

I think the core issue for me is http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/25268-confusion-about-metadata-artwork-and-images/ as my system had a legacy imagesbyname setup, and i've recently rebuilt the library, however the studio images don't seam to refresh automatically, and my folder.jpg & pngs don't get picked up unless I do, I had a simlar issue with actor info, but after moving them from my imagesbyname folder along with my xml, and running the refresh people task, this seams to now work again.
