how can i transfer contacts from samsung s4 to my iPhone 6s

Hello, I need help,  I have been trying to figure how too switch my contacts over to my new iPhone 6s, I just got a new iPhone 6s and own an old samsung phone, there are lots of business contacts (nearly 700+) stored my galaxy s4 phone, how can i transfer these contacts to my new iPhone 6s?  I really don't want to manually put my contacts in, are there any methods or apps solve my problem? Thanks in advanced!

hello, did you review these software? if it works with my phone? I found one software named Mobiledic phone transfer, it said it can be able to transfer contacts, messages and other data from iPhone to Android, I will try it to see whether it can transfer contacts from Android to iPhone.. Thanks!

Aren't your contacts saved to an online account like gmail or outlook? All you need to do is sign in on the iPhone and it will download your contacts.
