revengineer 142 Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 I encountered an error downloading subtitles from Open Subtitles. I see a number of these errors. An example error message is shown below. The error message seems to imply that the movie file is not found. However, I checked that the files is both accessible and viewable. 2015-11-01 01:51:05.9568 Error - SubtitleManager: Error downloading subtitles from Open Subtitles *** Error Report *** Version: 3.0.5781.0 Command line: C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\MediaBrowser.ServerApplication.exe -service Operating system: Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0 Processor count: 4 64-Bit OS: True 64-Bit Process: False Program data path: C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server Application Path: C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\MediaBrowser.ServerApplication.exe Could not find file 'P:\ServerFolders\Videos2\Movies\D-F\FREE_BIRDS.m4v'. Luke 42083 Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 it could also be access. it is trying to read the file to determine the hash value that should be sent to OSS
revengineer 142 Posted November 1, 2015 Author Posted November 1, 2015 ah, it is indeed possible that another process is accessing the file, but this is impossible to track down at this time. The scheduled task just ran again and these errors were not reported this time around. I will keep an eye out.
