Subtitles download error

I encountered an error downloading subtitles from Open Subtitles. I see a number of these errors. An example error message is shown below. The error message seems to imply that the movie file is not found. However, I checked that the files is both accessible and viewable.

it could also be access. it is trying to read the file to determine the hash value that should be sent to OSS

ah, it is indeed possible that another process is accessing the file, but this is impossible to track down at this time. The scheduled task just ran again and these errors were not reported this time around. I will keep an eye out.
