supporter key issue

Hi,

 

I've just rebuilt my Emby media server that has been running on Windows to the FreeNAS plugin (Version 3.0.5768.7).

 

My existing supporter key says: You are on the Lifetime subscription plan. It is valid for the life of the 3.x major version.

However when I enter it into the supporter key section under Help in the FreeNAS plugin I get the error:

Emby Premiere key is missing or invalid.

In order for any premium content to be registered, you must also have an active Emby Premiere subscription.

 

Is a new key required or is there an extra step that I am missing? Server log file attached.

No, a new key is not required but it looks like you may have a DNS or other network access problem on that machine.

	Error: NameResolutionFailure

Thanks for that, found a stupid networking error. No suprise that it comes down to user error :-)
