Phantom/Zombie Folders?

Witout getting too into my organization habits, one of my folders is full of movies I haven't seen yet. Another folder is full of movies I have seen. Recently I was catching up and I moved dozens of movies into the "Seen" folder from the "Unseen" folder. I cut and pasted the folders containing the movies, so they were no longer in the "Unseen" folder.

However, after clicking "update library" within the client a couple days later, the FOLDERS of those movies have mysteriously showed back up in the "UNSEEN" folder, just empty.

Empty Folder Nuker makes short work of it, but I'm more curious than anything what would cause that to happen?

Anyone have any ideas on this? I'm constantly having to delete the same folders which keep being re-created everytime the program does a library scan.

I should add that a new .nfo file gets created in these empty folders.

how are you refreshing? try just using the normal library scan.
