Stopping the Server Transcoding

Hello, i have turned of Transcoding on my emby server, This works great most of my media plays but when it come to ones that have 5.1 6 channels sound they seem not to be able to play unless transcoding

 

Below i attached to images one movie does not need transcoding and works fine but the other needs it - i believe it is the audio and not video transcoding

Using what app/client?

 

If a browser, I believe most of them only support stereo.

Please post the transcode and server log, but it might be do to subtitles or path.  Are you playing on the same machine?

sorry for late reply, iv been away. I have turned it off for user accounts. so it just says the video can not be played even when playback is set to the highest
