frame by frame analysis off@clean install?

is there a reason why the "frame by frame analysis" is turned off on an fresh Install Emby Server?

 

I had reinstalled my test machine and see this

it has to be. pretty much anything that requires any cpu has to be off by default or people complain about it

Quick question - can frame by frame be scheduled as a task? Is it the same thing as chapter image extraction?
