Older movies not showing any actors at all

I am running into an issue with movies in the library not showing any actors at all.  They show up when I refresh the movie itself.  This can become quite cumbersome if you have a large library like myself.  I also notice that some of the actors images,  (actors images that have multiple movies associated in the library) are being show like they used to.  I tried to look it up in past issues, found it, but there didn't seem to be a resolution.  It seems metadata is only being updated for the new movies inserted, but has lost it for the movies and actors that were already in the library.  This can be REALLY time consuming with large libraries, and even larger people databases.  As you can see in the attachments, this is a movie that has been in the library for some time.  It has no actors, period, listed in the first screen shot. It used to be there. I refreshed the movie under editor, and as you can see in the second screen shot, they are back.  Also, as you can see in the second screen shot many of the actors meta data are missing.  I refreshed each on individually and they are back. Any ideas, this is getting really frustrating.

This was an issue in a previous release have you tried a Refresh - Missing data - none at library level?

Sorry about that, missed the reply.  Yes I did try that. I even tried it on a new machine. Windows 10.  This time the actors did populate on individual movies, but did not update actor bio/info or pictures.  At least I didn't have to refresh all the movies.  Now I am looking at refreshing thousands of actors.   Any ideas?
