dazed 27 Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 For some reason you are not searching Fanart.tv for artist images If you go to Fanart.tv you can see the artist thumbs and background https://fanart.tv/artist/7ac1e33f-0cdf-4e81-b914-41830700d746/porter-gregory/ Also i have TheTVDB unchecked for image searches on series and seasons yet it still keeps giving me results and images from there
Luke 42083 Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 We do search fanart, but it requires proper Id's to have been fetched by the library scan. Please see how to report a problem. Disabling metadata providers removes it from automatic downloading activities but you are still able to manually search them anytime you like. That is why the results still appear.
Happy2Play 9783 Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 I see the same thing, but it must of worked before since I already have the fanart images. Example Blake Shelton (2ad66473-ccb3-41d2-8756-b56680cdfe62) id same as id on fanart.tv but no Primary image from fanart will display.

Luke 42083 Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 the fanart music api's are currently throwing server errors, so that explains that. that's out of our control.
