BrettM 7 Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 (edited) Hi All, I am using a winfast dual tv tuner card but for some reason Emby can't find it. I have also downloaded server wmc but it fails to open after installation. I get The error message below: "Recservice> failed to load EPG - uNRECOVERABLE EORROR - ServerWMC will terminate", I have tried both the older version & the newer version but both give the same error message. Can anyone please advise a tv Tuner card that will work without any issues? I live in Australia so I would need to be able to buy in Australia. Any help / Advise would be greatly appreciated. I would prefer a Tv Tuner card that would not need serverwmc if possible. Regards Brett. Edited October 25, 2015 by BrettM
mjktg99 35 Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 At this time emby can only natively use a hdhomerun that supports dlna. You would need to use a plugin like serverwmc. Serverwmc relies on a working configuration of Windows media center. Does your tuner work in Windows media center?
