Cinema mode, intro plays but not movie

Playing from the web browser, i enable cinema mode to play 1 custom intro before movies only.  It plays the intro then kicks me back to the movie overview screen.  I attached the server and transcode logs.  Anyone have any ideas?

I am getting the same in Version 3.0.5768.5.

No change in 3.0.5768.6

 

Works as expected in Emby for WMC - Intro plays followed by movie.

Intro plays then returns to the screen with Play icon/background followed by the movie. Is this the expected behavior that the play screen/background would be visible before the movie plays? Is it possible to go from the intro directly to the movie?
