Trakt is updating, but it also saying I watch the same 3 shows every night

Super bizarre.  I am looking at trakt and it shows I have watched some shows as expected, but every day it also says I watched the same 3 episodes of americas got talent.

 

Even on days that I do not watch anything new, it still shows those same 3 episodes of AGT...I do not know if this is a trakt issue or something being hung up on my server triggering that action.
