Metadata Manager not downloading art for select shows

Hello,

 

I just started using Emby a few days ago and love it so far.  The one thing I have not been able to figure out is why the metadata manager refuses to download art on about 5 of my television shows.  The shows are matched correctly to IMDB, but art still will not download any artwork.  All other shows and movies match and download art as expected.

 

Setup:

Ubuntu 15.04

Emby Version 3.0.5724.6

All media on Synology DS413

 

Happy to upload any necessary logs, but do not know what logs are needed.

I just tried to refresh all metadata and download missing artwork for American Horror Story.  Logs attached

the server does not have access to save metadata

InnerException: System.UnauthorizedAccessException
	Access to the path "/mnt/tvshows/Bobs Burgers/season02-poster.jpg" is denied.

Thanks; I'll go mess with Synology permissions for a while.  I find it odd though because all shows are stored in the same root directory, and only a handful have permission issues.

 

As an aside, I tried installing Emby as a Synology package first but several of the other packages seemed to be missing from synocommunity (ie, Mono)
