Hidden under User/Access - "Enable access to all Libraries" was unchecked. Guess this can happen, but, it might cause a bunch of users to get confused like me. That account shouldn't have changed access settings. Are you guys are aware about is: if you go back to the prior stable release of the server after installing the newest beta, the "Home" slide out menu doesn't show any Library Collections. It just shows the "divider lines" where they should be between. Moving back to Beta allows them to appear. Also, user Settings seemed to stick with a move back to beta.
