Refresh Guide Failed (Channel Guide)

I've been seeing the following for when the channel guide refreshes

 

Refresh Guide Failed.

Value Cannot be null.  Parameter name:  ID

 

I made sure my schedules direct user & password was correct.

 

From looking at the log file, I'm not exactly sure what the issue is.  Can someone please help?
