sorcer1 0 Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Hello, I have one tv show with 10 episodes, but when i browse my emby server i only see the first 7 episodes. I tried with another device (vlc on ipad) and i can see the 10 episodes (with the web client i can see the 10 episodes too). Why i can't see the 3 last episodes of the tv show ?
sorcer1 0 Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 yes it's my problem ! in my nas there is 10 files and in the emby library there is 10 épisodes. but with my setup box i only see the episodes n°1 to n°7 ! why ?
Luke 42077 Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 did you check the tv naming guidelines? https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/TV%20naming can you show us screenshots of the folder? thanks.
sorcer1 0 Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 (edited) yes, i readed the guide lines. i use the "auto organization" with this template : %sn - %sx%0e - %en.%ext here the 10 episodes in the folder. Edited October 12, 2015 by sorcer1
sorcer1 0 Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 when i activate the dlna server in emby's settings, i can show the emby library with all my tv shows. i use my setup box player to navigate in my emby's library. but the player can't see the last 3 episodes.
Luke 42077 Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 maybe it can but it's hiding them because it doesn't like the format? just a guess. might need to look at the dlna profile being used.
sorcer1 0 Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 can i found the profile used in logs (/usr/local/emby/var/logs) ?
Happy2Play 9780 Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 You will probably just see something like this. 2015-10-12 00:05:29.0565 Debug - Dlna: No matching device profile found. The default will be used. Unless there is a similar device profile already created for Emby.
