gsnerf 26 Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 (edited) Just download a disk image from the ubuntu website, put it on a dvd or usb drive, start from it and follow the instructions. The last time I checked the website had reasonably good instructions on how to do that. Depending on the laptop model there may be more or less problems along the way, but google usually points to the right solutions somewhere in the ubuntu wiki or forum sections.
