rikiwi 32 Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 (edited) For about a week the app no longer plays live or recorded TV. I'm on the Dev build (3.0.5753.24324)of the server. rikiwi 32 Posted October 4, 2015 Author Posted October 4, 2015 Hi Luke I cleared both Server log and Transcoding log and then tried playing Live TV. the only log created was this one, below, in the app itself: Sequence: 357 Date/time: 2015-10-04T02:06:21.2056977+00:00 Level: ERROR Thread: 3 Logger: PlaybackService ------------------------ TV ONE : Media Failed Error: ------------------------ Session: {"PackageArchitecture":"Neutral","PackageFullName":"436337Illusions.com.MediaBrowser_3.4.4.353_neutral__77hd5e1v1hqs4","PackagePublisher":"CN=CA9FBA89-9B8C-4501-9177- 37B89E41D3FF","PackagePublisherId":"77hd5e1v1hqs4","PackageResourceId":"","PackageVersion":"3.4.4.353","InstallationId":"a2b70afb-324a-4094-825e-0849d9e04c0e"} Whilst in the app I also tried playing a recorded pictogram to no avail. This played fine in the server itself. Also some of my TV Shows failed to play, whilst others played fine. Very strange as these used to work. I have included 3 server logs immediately after playing the Recorded TV program. No transcode logs were created. Hope this is of some help. Let me know if I can be of further help.
