fodbrothers 1 Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 so I have changed all the permissions correctly. but when I scan it stops at 33.2% which I am very sure it is due to the images that emby create have the wrong permission meaning when it goes to access the file aftwr creating it. it simply cannot thanks to msatter for getting me so far but we have one more and hopefully last error

fodbrothers 1 Posted October 2, 2015 Author Posted October 2, 2015 sorry luke so the logs are attached I have checked to see if the file is there in the temp folder which it is (it may not add up to both the reports as I have tried deleting the files in the temp folder to fix the issue) but it is there and as you can see even the logs are created with the wrong permissions any help would be great It may not be the permissions as an issue but it is a guess New Bitmap Image (2).bmp New Bitmap Image.bmp server-63579332824.txt server-63579415833.txt
Luke 42077 Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 we're just using basic operating system methods to read and write files. the files are marked read/write, how are they wrong?

( I am not the best person at reading them myself)

Copy and paste the entire server log into pastebin.org and then update the ticket with the link. The portion you posted does still show an issue reading one of the files, but there could be other clues in the full log.
