Media Collections Tiles Location?

I have been looking everywhere for this but can't find it mentioned. On the main collections screen, there is a tile for each of the Media Collections. They are also displayed in MBC, of course.

 

Now, if I enable the MBC client to show "movies by genre" I get a blank tile. How do I populate it with an image? I tried creating a folder called "Movies by Genre" in the server root/Default directory but that did not work.

 

Is there a guide somewhere that shows the correct locations for images?

 

Another one I am struggling with is how to always have the standard Media Center background image displayed, i.e. override theme backgrounds, whenever a backdrop image is not displayed. This to keep consistency with the rest of Media Center.

Put folder/backdrop images to "\ImagesByName\General\Movies by Genre" and so forth.
