no fast-forward or rewind with x264 mkv files

Hi,

 

after some struggles its now playing the video files in the webplayer (chrome for windows).

 

The only thing that isnt working is to fast-forward or rewind the movies.

Using debian 7 with latest ffmpeg (2.8-static).

 

 

for testing I installed emby-server for windows and its working fine there (also with chrome for windows).

 

transcode log doesnt show anything unusual.

 

 

does anyone know how this can be fixed?

Hi Luke,

 

think i got it myself but wanna let you know what the problem was. Maybe it is a Bug.

 

The problem was changing the paths after media was importet (cache, meta). I changed the path, moved the folders and restartet the server. Seems like he dont like that.

 

After reinstalling emby completely , setting the paths and then starting to import the libary works finaly.
