Music Metadata Questions

I just took a look at the wiki entry about this:

I see how the basic folder structure is setup.  According to the examples, it looks like it will grab everything available that is already included in the ID3 tags.  That's great.  But the stuff that's not included, it looks like it will download this and store them in the same directory as the MP3s.  Is this correct?  If so, is there any way to override this and store them in a separate subfolder, like "\music\artist\album\extras"?  I like to keep my file/folder structure as neat as can be if possible.  If not, that's ok, I was just wondering.
