Right now I just don't know because that message prints out the full response that comes out of that hdhr URL. So maybe that have an issue that occasionally causes it to return empty data. I will see if I can think of anything but right now I don't see any problems from the emby server side

Until then, should I stay on this dev build, or should I go back to the stable release? I don't see any issues (other than this TV thing) but I don't know how stable this is. The family got tired of Emby going up and down while I was messing with stuff so they used my own watered-down web app to watch movies tonight, but I imagine they'll want the real thing up again soon. Thanks again for your assistance. I hope the rest of the problem is a simple SD thing that rkulagow can resolve easily.

BrianG 11 Posted October 1, 2015 Author Posted October 1, 2015 (edited) OK, rkulagow has been looking into my issue and sent me this: Emby isnt parsing the lineup properly; it should be using the logicalChannelNumber and I think its just using the "channel", which doesnt really work with QAM. With QAM and DVB-S the channel is just a placeholder. Emby should be matching based on the providerCallsign or one of the other fields that comes out of the lineup.json that you sent. { "map": [ { "stationID": "34964", "channel": "001", "providerCallsign": "WOI-HD", "logicalChannelNumber": "5.1", "channelMajor": "5", "channelMinor": "1", "matchType": "pCallsign" }, { "stationID": "22220", "channel": "002", "providerCallsign": "City", "logicalChannelNumber": "7.1", "channelMajor": "7", "channelMinor": "1", "matchType": "pCallsign" }, (etc) I am not sure if the parsing error is new with the dev build I am using, so I will try going back to the stable build and see what happens...
