Possible Chrome only, touch only bug in Emby Web

Running Win 10, a Surface 2 Pro, Emby Server 3.0.5724.5, and Chrome 45.0.2454.101 m for the web interface of Emby

 

Using a mouse, I can click the "Select Player" button and then click the device I want to control (everything works as expected).

 

Using touch, I can tap the "Select Player" button and then tap the device I want to control but nothing happens (the prompt will disappear but the destination player will not switch over).

 

I have tried the same experiment with Firefox and Edge with no problems. I appears to be a problem unique to Chrome. Can anyone else verify this on a touch device?

I have recently had this problem on my iOS devices.  both Safari and Chrome experience this issue, but mine seems to be a little different.  When I tap on the device, the prompt does not go away.  I am unable to select any device and have it accept the input.  This has happened since I updated to server Version 3.0.5783.0.
