Where is "watched" data kept?

I had to re-install my whole Emby server due to a WMC problem that I couldn't overcome.

 

In the process I obviously lost all my watched/progress data.     However I do have a backup from before I reloaded.  What files should I pull from my backup?  Or is there a master list of what files hold what info?

I believe it is maintained in the userdata_v2.db.

 

Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\data

Consider looking into the Server Configuration backup plugin.
