Overwriting an already started file when server crashes

I've noticed a slightly annoying thing if Emby crashes (in my case due to OutOfMemory Expections) in that it restarts the file. I had 25 minutes of recorded TV that was then over-written when emby crashed and the service restarted. If WMC did this it would start a second file rather than overwriting.This would mean a small chunk of time missing rather than a whole chunk. 

 

Any chance of a change for the next server release Luke?
