please help problem adding folder content

ok so i have installed my emby server on my synology box and added the folders where my tv shows and movies are but when i go to the home page nothing is there no films no tv shows.. its empty 

also i can go to volume1\films  but cant go to any folder inside films as nothing shows 

so i just added the files folder

I have tried adding a new shared folder and just adding one or 2 movies but still nothing 

please help i feel so stupid right now lol please help

 

EDIT 

ok so the reason was that I needed to update the server. 

so i have done that and now hit another issue which I have posted on the other post in this forum.

but I have just about got it working, I have a film on there yay but when i go to play it nothing happens please help i have been on here ages now trying to find answers

 

so I press play then It opens and there is no audio nor video just a image of the film and the play button

I'm also experiencing your issue. I think it's just the old ffmpeg version thats conflicting with emby. Cytec really needs to put up updated pakkages.
