kalg 5 Posted September 24, 2015 Posted September 24, 2015 Hi all been using emby for a year now and i have run out of dis space so i just got new drive to start extending my collection of tv shows and ive run into a problem and that problem is this on drive D:/ which is full it has a tv series doctor who (2005) up to season 8. so me new drive E: has doctor who (2005) with the first episode of season 9 with me so far? , hope anyway all scans into the emby database and i notice i have two doctor who (2005) one with 8 seasons and the other with the start of season 9 my question how come the database made another entry instead of putting the entry together any help in to merge them together would be nice dont want multiple entry all over the place
kalg 5 Posted September 25, 2015 Author Posted September 25, 2015 mange to search for what im asking here and looks like dev hav'nt included this feature lol strange when other likes of kodi, jriver, mediaportal merge files from other drive to the same database , strange that no dev have not included this
Angelblue05 4132 Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 (edited) If you have searched, then you know that the reason it's not a priority is because there's better options out there, such as merging all your drives into one by using software like drive pool, drive bender, flexraid.
