Auto-Organize stopped

Running Windows 10 with Version 3.0.5724.5, and for the past few days, the auto-organize feature is no longer working.  Not sure if it is related to settings or if this is a known issue?

I tried to click "organize" to start it manually, but nothing happened (not even a "failed" scan).

 

I checked the settings, and the correct folder is listed.  Any ideas?
