spoopers 5 Posted September 21, 2015 Posted September 21, 2015 It seems that when using the web client that if I leave it idle for more than 10 to 20 seconds that the UI becomes unresponsive and a page reload is needed to get it to work again. Is this just me or is it expected behavior? Thanks, Shane

spoopers 5 Posted September 21, 2015 Author Posted September 21, 2015 I've tried it in Chrome and IE8 on a PC and on Mac with Chrome and Firefox. If my latency to the server was long would that explain it?
Luke 42077 Posted September 21, 2015 Posted September 21, 2015 IE8 is definitely not supported. You will need IE10 at least. chrome and firefox should be fine though. just make sure your browser versions aren't too ancient.
