Why is it i cant select subtitles in mkv files...it just goes back to off

I think your subs are in SSA format and emby only can select SRT

Sorry, that is not true.

I thought so because SRT external and internal play fine but Ass internal never ever shows up and the subtitles turns off

 

Edit. I just check it again and Ass works fine sorry

Please see how to report a problem, and then we can figure it out

Double check, it transcode ass and controls say subtitles are off (but it shows up) im about to fallow the instructions to report a problem
