Small differences between IE and Chrome

1) In IE (11.0.9600.18015) in the metadata manager there are Left and Right arrows showing on the tab list. Chrome (45.0.2454.93 m) just shows the names.

2) In IE, the button that normally has three vertical dots for more options is blank

 

 

 

 

Not even sure the first is a problem or just the way the browser interprets these...

Safari on the OS X has the same bug.

The three vertical dots are absent from the menu box.
