Poor Quality Audio

This app would be great...but....Everything I play through the app sounds horribly compressed. /Like 96k mp3.

 

Is there no settings to adjust the audio stream quality in the official app? 

 

I found another app called "Smart Player Media Browser" That does the same thing as the official Emby app, but it pops up Transcode settings every time u load a video....annoying...but it at least allows me to adjust the audio quality.

 

Also....it very often does not release tuners when I try to play live tv from my HDR Prime.

What is the source file audio format and what OS are you running the app on?

 

A recording of Live TV made by Emby Server from my HD Home Run Prime.  mpeg-2 .ts file.   Ac3 audio.  

 

Also...Live TV sounds quite degraded as well. Only sounds this bad in this app. All other programs to stream video and tv sound fine.
