merge folders (tv shows)

I got seasons (tv shows) in different folders. I can add that folders to library and it adds all episodes but it creates different posters even if they are seasons of the same shows.

 

How to fix that is i can?

Merge them into the same folder

Or use a drive pooling solution and never worry about it again .
