Possible to watch currently transcoding stream/video?

I'm not sure if this is technically server support but it has to do with the server so I'm going to try asking here:

 

Is it possible to watch a video that is being remotely pushed locally as well? I have an HDHomeRun that is supposed to support 2 streams, but really struggles on almost any channel if both tuners are in use. However, it's not at all out of the question that I would want the same channel on in multiple rooms, like when having people over during a football game. Is it possible, either directly or in a roundabout way, to use emby to bring in my hdhomerun feed via embytv and display that video in multiple places?? It's already bringing in the stream, transcoding it, and pushing it out to a remote device on my laptop or phone or roku or whatever; is it possible to start the same stream on the server or another client and just watch that same transcoded video? is the video being written to a temp directory in windows I can open with some other media player to watch as it's transcoding?

 

any ideas at all on getting this to work?

Although it is technically possible there is no such function in the apps to facilitate that

thank you. I'll throw this into the feature request forum so it's in the correct place. I tried playing from the temp directory but since it chops it up into many small video files kodi would stutter between each file, making it practically unwatchable. Hopefully this can be looked into in the future or I find another video player capable of bringing together all the temporary ts files emby makes.
