seth.sanbower 0 Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 (edited) I have the server installed on a windows 10 machine. The server sees the movie titles but will not pull in any metadata or images. Here is the setup; Server installed on windows 10 machine Movies stored on Buffalo USB drive Buffalo drive connected to ASUS RT-AC66U router via USB Path to movies = \\RT-AC66U\Movies I've tried advanced refresh with Refresh all data and Download missing images selected for a couple movies. The spiny circle spins and spins but nothing ever seems to happen. I can browse to and play movies via the built in Windows 10 player just fine. Log file attached for reference. Any idea how to get the metadata and images to download? Thanks for your help with this. server-63577644996.txt Edited September 12, 2015 by seth.sanbower

ebr 16187 Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 When the server first ran you should have gotten a prompt from the firewall asking you to allow traffic to it. If that didn't happen or you clicked on "no" then the firewall will block us. So, you'll need to go in and manually allow the server access out to the internet.
