Deleting guest account

I have a question about deleting guests in the server. My home screen has movies, TV, channels, folders etc. One of my sons account's home screen is actually the folder view, not the normal home screen. He accesses the server from the web client on his iPad or his Roku. It’s the same screen on both devices. So far I tried clearing his cache and history on his IPad. I verified the settings on his account by comparing them to my other sons account which functions correctly. I didn’t see any differences. When I log in to my account from his iPad I get the correct home screen and conversely when he logs in on my android phone he gets the folder screen. This leads me to believe it's something in his account on the server.

 

I was thinking about deleting his account then sending him another invitation to see if that clears up the issue. Are the guest settings stored somewhere permanently after the account is deleted?  If so what do I need to delete? Thanks.   

 

Edit:

I forgot to add that the images are also displayed incorrectly. Example The tv show Gotham will have a Falling Skies image. When you go to the episodes it may have a Ray Donovan image or no image at all. The episode is correct. It's just the images being loaded in the wrong place. There are also quite a few missing images as well. I am using Coverart.

Each user has their own display preferences.  Have him click on his user icon in the web client.
