skank 85 Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 I cleaned my complete unraid server of jpg and nfo files All gone I've setup emby server on unraid Added my folders But again, "scan library" says it finished all 500 titles However when i click "movies" i see those movies, but all without artwork if i click metadata manager i can see a page containing my folders with icons like "poster missing, missing background, missing logo ... etc etc I tried refreshing those folders, nothing happens, i tried advanced refreshing , still no pictures I dont even see a progress bar either And when in settings clicking scan library , it says it finished within minutes How on earth does this work?
skank 85 Posted September 10, 2015 Author Posted September 10, 2015 Are there video tutorials or smth that show how to do it?
catch42 3 Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 I believe I've seen posted that there is built-in flood control to avoid overwhelming the image providers. See if they populate over the next few days.

If the scan is finished and artwork is not downloaded then the server most likely did not identify the movies. Do they have their non-art metadata populated?

chef 3810 Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 If you refresh the individual item in Your metadata editor do the images show?
skank 85 Posted September 11, 2015 Author Posted September 11, 2015 Strange but yesterday evening, it downloaded images
chef 3810 Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 (edited) Strange but yesterday evening, it downloaded images Then the right answer was the flood control from the image suppliers (mentioned above). The request quota was met and your requests must have been qued. Edited September 11, 2015 by chef 1
