Server spec

Hi all

 

I have the following hardware lying around and was wondering if it is enough to run Emby server?

 

Gigabyte board

Intel celeron 2.8 dual core

8gb ddr3 1866

2 x wd black 500gb

2 x wd red 2tb

2 x wd green 4tb

 

My Emby clients will be;

 

Xbox One

Raspberry pi (osmc)

Surface Pro 3 (Kodi and Windows 10 app)

Emby app on android

 

I have some lossless Blu-ray rips so I am guessing that the server will need to transcode given the clients.

 

Is the above spec going to cut it?

 

I don't yet have an OS but was planning to use win 10 pro but I am open to one of the free options if it'd meet my needs better?

I got an i3 first gen, 4 gb, windows 8.1, ssd on main partition and 4/6tb drivers for data. with that, i can stream to many device, transcode and even watch 1080p movie (either raw or x264/x265). with that in mind, im sure youll be alright
