How to: make movies not appear in Kodi's "movie" view !?

Hi

I have a lot of documentaries on my NAS drives which I want not to be shown in Kodi via the standard "film" view.
I want to access them via a different tile on the Kodi home screen which I directly point to Emby->Documentaries.

I have set up the documentaries share in Emby as "other media type" and then set each folder / movie to "music video" via the metadata manager.
Now the documentaries do not how up in Kodis "film" view (YEAH!) but when I make a tile on the Kodi HS and point it to: Emby -> Documentaries (Iam using the Titan Skin) the list is empty when I access it.

Via the Emby web interface I can see all Documentaries - could it be because Kodi does not support music videos?

 

Any idea how I could make this work?

Make shortcuts to the folders in Video->Addons->Emby - you should see all of your Emby collection in there.  Note that you want to go into the collection name as inside there are 'recently added' etc.
