Thumbnails and Texture.db removed on reset?

I was wondering if when you do a local DB reset from the Emby addon menu to clear the libraries and do a full resync the addon is also resetting the Thumbnails and Texture.db database.

 

I observed that every time I do a Kodi db reset, the Thumbnails folder gets bigger and my library barely change.

 

Any ideas?
