I contacted them a few days ago and I just got a response.

"We had a lot of spambots, so we shut down registration for a little while.
You should be able to register now."

Thanks. I'll post now. Once I do, can you go in there and say a few words too? I'm really going to try hard not to spam them, because i don't think it's spam. just trying to bring two communities together who both like games.

You know what, I am going to contact them again and ask for their approval if we can promote MediaBrowser in their forums? I dont want them to ban us thinking it is spam.

Yea let them know, thanks. Just tell them we really like games, and we've been working hard on multi-platform gaming and we'd like to show it to them. And emphasize the free part.

Also - make no mention of where you're going to post. Unless they specifically tell us where, I obviously want to do it right in the general area because that's where all the traffic is.
