Adapting/Importing a Channel/Plugin

Not sure if this should be in the Plugins section so sorry in advance if I am in the wrong place!

 

Has anyone or can you import plugins from Kodi to create an Emby Channel? There is also a side-loadable version for Roku too, could this be used?

 

There is a plugin/addon I use on Kodi/Roku (there is a Plex version too) that would be great if I could get it into Emby. I want to make use of the new (Black) Now TV boxes but as you can only side-load one app its either Emby or this other app. If I could get this working then I could use Emby and the app on the Now TV box together.

You can not use kodi addon in Emby server or clients

I didn't think you could but was wondering if someone had used one and managed to create the equivalent in Emby.

 

I want to try and give it a go just looking for pointers
