toch 1 Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 please have a look at the enclosed file https://www.dropbox.com/s/xiwbf1e2nxyg81z/emb3.pdf?dl=0
Luke 42077 Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Before we do that, please describe your problem in your own words, and also please see http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/790-how-to-report-a-problem/
krustyreturns 191 Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Hi toch, also post your serverwmc log here after you try to play a stream.
toch 1 Posted August 30, 2015 Author Posted August 30, 2015 The problem is when I try to open the live tv " pushing the play button ", I only gota BLACK picure as you see in my screen shots https://www.dropbox.com/s/hk257yw25kam7vb/server-63576447052.txt?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/l61d9mwicrjoptl/server-63576489600.txt?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/vu69qllj981mkhl/ServerWMC.log?dl=0
Luke 42077 Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 since you're on the previous stable release, you might as well try grabbing the latest server beta. it will be easier to help with that. thanks.
krustyreturns 191 Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 The serverwmc log doesn't contain any opening of live streams. When you can, restart serverwmc, then try to open a live stream in emby. Then post the serverwmc log after it fails to play.
toch 1 Posted August 31, 2015 Author Posted August 31, 2015 Hi I am travellin this week, but I will install the latest server beta in the weekend. I will be back. Regards toch
toch 1 Posted September 6, 2015 Author Posted September 6, 2015 The problem is like before - I did the latest server beta, but still I got a BLACK picture when I try to open it. https://www.dropbox.com/s/iuvbj1k2frzmutu/Doc1.docx?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/2rwddupmg1j582a/transcode-3fa22df8-d230-40f5-97c1-a0ea43cd4165.txt?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/vu69qllj981mkhl/ServerWMC.log?dl=0
krustyreturns 191 Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 A lot of your channels are getting flagged as encrypted, does this make any sense? Did anything change on your tv provider? If not, possibly the wmc drivers are stuck in a weird state, have you tried just rebooting?
toch 1 Posted September 18, 2015 Author Posted September 18, 2015 I did a complete re-installation of win 8.1 and WMC. I still got a black picture as alowe, but can you look at the enclosed server wmc file, and see if you can find something ? https://www.dropbox.com/s/vu69qllj981mkhl/ServerWMC.log?dl=0
mjktg99 35 Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Does it work in WMC by itself? No Emby, no ServerWMC, just regular WMC.
mjktg99 35 Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 If your channels are encrypted, like @@krustyreturns mentioned, emby will not be able to play them.
krustyreturns 191 Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 @@toch According to the last log you posted, it looks like the stream was started fine in swmc. Go to the debug panel in swmc and turn off 'delete temporary files'. Then start the stream again and let it run for a while. Then open your recorded tv folder and then the folder tempswmc. Try to play the wtv and ts files you find there with emby and see if it works.
toch 1 Posted September 18, 2015 Author Posted September 18, 2015 I did turn of the " delete temporary files". I started the stream for while. I dont understand how I can run the files in tempswmc with emby. How to get into that folder by means of Emby. ( I ran the recorded files in the in the default folder and they works find ) https://www.dropbox.com/s/2y3d1hgmhb6x0q1/Dok6.docx?dl=0 Look ta the above : Under Watched Recorded TV folder : C:\users\public\Recorded TV - should not that be E:\RecordedTv ?

The watched folder is just an additional folder that WMC will look into for WTV files. Its in addition to where it records to by default.
krustyreturns 191 Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 To play those files with emby either move them into a folder that has been added to emby as a 'media folder' - or - temporarily add this tempswmc to emby as a media folder.
toch 1 Posted September 19, 2015 Author Posted September 19, 2015 I only find one wtv file and no ts file. I was not able to run the file via my media folder.
krustyreturns 191 Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 I don't understand why the ts file is not there. Can you send the log for this run? Or try it again and watch for the ts file while you start the stream. If it doesn't show up, send me the log.
toch 1 Posted October 16, 2015 Author Posted October 16, 2015 I am sorry I didnt see yours answer before now - I still dont find any ts file - here is the log : https://www.dropbox.com/s/vu69qllj981mkhl/ServerWMC.log?dl=0
krustyreturns 191 Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 Your service is reporting that your channels are encrypted and when you start a stream serverwmc is finding scrambling headers in the stream too, I think that's why the remuxer is not able to find data it can parse from the stream. If this is in error and your channels are really not encrypted, possible running wmc's tv setup again would correct this problem, but that is just a guess.
