davis@davis1603.com 0 Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 I love to have my music playing in the background, just random songs from my entire library. I see how to add individual songs and albums but how do I add an entire library? Also, is there a way to randomize the playlist?
Luke 42083 Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 have you tried the shuffle or instant mix functions? most apps have that. i can see the web interface does not have these functions available against your entire library. I'll see if i can add that. in the meantime, you can start an instant mix based on song, artist, album, or genre.
Deathsquirrel 745 Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 You can instant mix your library from the web UI. Just go to music, click songs, click the vertical ... icon and select Instant Mix. I cant describe how bizarre the results would be if you have a diverse collection though. 1
Luke 42083 Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 I'm adding this to the home screen as well, so you can instant mix from your entire library

Hi. Exactly what do you mean by "create a playlist for a whole folder"? Because you can very easily play an entire folder...
Luke 42083 Posted September 30, 2019 Posted September 30, 2019 The context menu for the folder will allow you to create a playlist based on it.
